Privacy approach
SJF Work Advice collects only the contact and business information reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry and manage a professional relationship.
Do not submit sensitive case information
The public website is not a case-file system. Do not submit employee names, allegations, medical information, witness details or investigation documents through a public form. Stephen can discuss sensitive details after making contact.
Website enquiries
The enquiry forms collect your name, organisation, contact details, the service you are asking about, how you prefer to be contacted, your consent and basic source information such as the page or campaign you arrived from. They do not collect case narratives or attachments.
Enquiries are stored in SJF Work Advice’s private client relationship system and emailed to Stephen so he can respond. They are used only to respond to you and to manage any engagement that follows.
Electronic signing
When SJF Work Advice sends you a document to sign, we record your name and email address, the IP address and browser details of the device you use, the times you open, confirm your identity and sign, and the signature or initials you draw or type. That record forms part of the certificate of completion issued with the signed document, which every signer receives.
Signed documents, signatures and certificates are stored encrypted and kept until SJF Work Advice deletes them. They are used only to administer the agreement they record. Signing pages never load website analytics.
Website analytics
This website may use Google Analytics to understand which pages employers find useful. That information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
